Who we are

Your account

You can order as a guest or create an account. Keep your password private. Tell us if you think someone else is using your account. Please give correct details, especially your phone number, so we can reach you about your order.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Nigerian naira.
• You can pay online with Paystack or by bank transfer. In the shop you can pay with cash or bank transfer.
• When you reach payment, we hold your items for 15 minutes for card payment and 1 hour for bank transfer. After that the hold ends and the items may be sold to someone else.
• A bank transfer order is confirmed only when our staff have checked your receipt.

• We may correct a price that was shown by mistake. If we do, we will contact you before going ahead.

Ready-to-wear orders

Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in real life. See the Delivery page for delivery and the Refunds page for returns.

Tailor-made orders

• A deposit of 50% of the items price is paid before we start work. Delivery is not part of the deposit.
• The balance is paid before you collect the piece or before we ship it.
• If you send your own design, the owner sends a price first. You pay nothing until you accept it.
• You are responsible for giving correct measurements. We can guide you on WhatsApp. If you cannot measure yourself, you can send a full-body photo or visit the shop.
• Design details and the estimated ready date are given in good faith. [OWNER: whether delays are possible and how you tell customers.]

Delivery and pickup

We deliver within Nigeria and offer free pickup at the shop. Details are on the Delivery page.

Returns and refunds

Please read the Refunds page. It covers ready-to-wear and tailor-made orders separately.

Photos and designs you upload

You confirm that you have the right to share anything you upload. We use your photos and designs only to make and deliver your order. [OWNER: whether Kral's Couture may show finished work on social media, and if permission is needed first.]

Our content

The logo, photos, designs and text on this website belong to Kral's Couture. Please do not copy them without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to make good clothes and run the website well, but we cannot promise it will always work without interruption. [OWNER: have a lawyer write the limit of liability.]
