What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address (email is optional).
• Your delivery address.
• Your body measurements, when you order tailor-made pieces or save them to your account.
• Photos you upload: design ideas, full-body photos for measuring, and payment receipts for bank transfers.
• Your orders, what you bought, and payment records (amount, date, method and a payment reference). We do not see or store your card number. Card details go straight to Paystack.
• Your login details. Your password is stored in a protected form, never as plain text.

Why we collect it

We only use your information for these reasons. We do not sell it.

• To take and deliver your order, and to make tailor-made pieces that fit you.
• To confirm your payment and keep a record of it.
• To contact you about your order, usually on WhatsApp or by phone.
• To keep your account, saved measurements and order history.

• To keep the website safe and prevent fraud.

Who helps us handle it

We share information only with the services we need to run the shop:

• Paystack: processes card and online payments.
• Supabase: stores our database and your uploaded files. Your photos and receipts are kept in a private area that the public cannot open.
• Our hosting provider ([OWNER: hosting provider name]): runs the website.
• Delivery company: receives your name, phone number and address so the parcel reaches you. [OWNER: name the courier.]
• WhatsApp: when you chat with us there, WhatsApp handles those messages under its own rules.
• Our staff: only the staff who need it to do their work can see your orders and measurements.

Where your data is stored

Cookies

We use only the small files needed to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We also use one small file with a random number, so we can count how many people visit the shop and which pages they open. It holds no name, email or address, and the counts are deleted after 90 days. We do not use advertising cookies. If you set "Do Not Track" in your browser, we do not count your visit.

How long we keep it
