Where is Kral's Couture?
Shop 1, Onyia Basil Compound (opposite power line), Along Atani Road, Iyowa Odekpe, Ogbaru, Anambra State. You can order online from anywhere in Nigeria or visit the shop.
When is the shop open?
We are open Monday – Saturday, 7am – 8pm.
Can I collect my order from the shop?
Yes. Pickup at the shop is free. Please bring your order code. [OWNER: how long we keep an order for collection.]
How do I pay?
You can pay by card or by bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are confirmed once we see your payment receipt.
What is a tailor-made outfit?
A piece cut and sewn to your own measurements, from one of our designs or your own design.
Do I pay everything at once for a tailor-made outfit?
No. You pay a 50% deposit before we start work. You pay the balance when your outfit is ready.
How long does a tailor-made outfit take?

How do I follow my order?
Use your order code on the Track my order page. You see each stage, and photos of work in progress when we share them.
Do you deliver?
Yes, within Nigeria. The fee depends on your state and the weight of your order. You see the exact fee at checkout before you pay.
Can I return or exchange an item?
